Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years construction experience.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation.
• Familiarity with lean construction concepts and means/methods.

Responsabilités

• Support routine construction and field execution tasks per company standards.
• Participate in safety, QA/QC planning and daily reporting.
• Assist with estimates, schedules, take-offs and subcontractor coordination.
• On-site collaboration with project team to monitor crews, materials and equipment.
• Prepare documentation, punch lists and close-out activities.
