The Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager for on-site work in Rincon, GA. You will oversee construction activities, manage open shop direct craft labor and subcontractors, and lead safety programs aligned with DZMC values.

With 10+ years in industrial construction and a strong background in project controls, you will drive project success, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure execution meets contract requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience planning/executing maintenance and project work in the Industrial market.
• Strong project management and project controls experience; direct craft labor and subcontractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal customer contact for strategic business development opportunities.
• Champion safety and establish accountability across the site and DZMC safety program.
• Recruit and hire team members to support growth in construction management and site supervision.
• Review site work plans to ensure resources align with contract requirements.
• Maintain governance, tools, and financial controls for project and contract management.
• Partner with Project Support Team to achieve goals and drive best practices.
