Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator to work on-site at the Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Cheyenne VAMC) for the EHRM infrastructure upgrades project.

You will support government stakeholders, coordinate with contractors, monitor quality, cost, and schedule, and ensure compliance with construction documents. The role requires hands-on CM experience, OSHA 30 hours, and ability to manage multiple project facets from planning through closeout

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience in CM tasks.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training (within 60 days of NTP).
• Working knowledge of construction practices and site operations for General and Sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site professional and technical consultative assistance for operations, renovation, and new construction programs supporting EHRM.
• Assist in project management, planning, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control.
• Maintain thorough project records, progress meetings, and QA/QC oversight.
• Prepare, analyze, and identify deltas in Contractor's work relative to construction documents.
• Coordinate submittal reviews, RFI responses, and change orders with VA.
