Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) for the EHRM project at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK.

The CM-CA will oversee on-site operations, coordination with contractors, and QA/testing to ensure schedule and quality meet VA requirements. The role requires at least 3 years of CM field experience, strong communication and software literacy, and the ability to manage project changes, documentation, and closeout activities across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience performing CM tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction practices including QA; safety, time, cost, change management and information management.
• Ability to prepare, analyze and identify incongruities and deficiencies in contractor work and to understand baseline schedules.

Responsibilities

• On-site CM-CA responsible for operations, renovation and new construction programs supporting EHRM.
• Attend and/or conduct weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings; review project schedules and payment requirements.
• Monitor QA testing/inspection by independent labs; ensure contract requirements are met; maintain thorough project documentation.
