Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator on-site at the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project.

The role spans the full construction lifecycle at the Pittsburgh-Heinz facility, with a three-year duration and an anticipated start in Oct/Nov 2026. The CM-CA will support project management, scheduling, design reviews, cost control, QA/QC, and close coordination with general and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction field experience in CM-related tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and quality assurance.
• Technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site Construction Manager/Administrator for EHRM upgrade project at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
• Assist Contracting Officer and COR in project management, design reviews, scheduling, cost control and QA/SCM oversight.
• Maintain thorough records, lead or attend weekly progress meetings, and coordinate with general and sub-contractors.
