Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator on-site in Philadelphia for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project.

You will work with VA leadership, contract administrators, and site teams to manage operations, renovations, and new construction activities through project closeout. The role requires at least three years of CM field experience, OSHA training, and strong knowledge of QA, safety, cost control, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction field experience performing CM tasks.
• Completion of 3-hour OSHA Safety Training within 60 days of NTP.
• Working knowledge of QA, safety, scheduling, cost control and information management.
• Familiarity with site operations of General and Sub-contractors and managing a building construction operation.

Responsibilities

• On-site CM-CA for the duration of the EHRM project.
• Provide consultative assistance in project management, planning, scheduling and design review.
• Assist Contracting Officer and COR in contract oversight and payment processes.
• Maintain records, progress meetings and status reviews with all stakeholders.
• Monitor QA, safety, cost and schedule against contract requirements.
• Prepare analyses, identify deficiencies and support change order administration.
