Qualifications

• Construction management experience leading active jobsites and coordinating multiple trades.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong safety leadership and knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site activities.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and project documents to ensure quality and client expectations.
• Serve as on-site leader, anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Promote OSHA-compliant practices, inspections, and a safety-first culture on site.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and schedule performance while assisting with procurement and resources.
