Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering or business preferred.
• Five plus years in commercial construction with a GC.
• Experience in tenant renovations or occupied spaces a plus.
• Ability to lead on-site safety and QA, coordinate subs and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow to align with schedule and safety standards.
• Lead site team and subcontractors, liaise between project team and clients.
• Maintain safety program, investigate incidents, and drive safe practices.
• Maintain daily activity logs, manage punch lists and closeout.
• Coordinate with project manager on schedules and sequencing.
• Develop relationships with subs and manage site documentation.
