Take ownership of complex construction work as a Lead Superintendent with Elevation Consulting Solution in Charlottesville, Virginia. This is an opportunity for an accomplished Construction Superintendent, Site Superintendent, or General Superintendent to lead field operations, influence project outcomes, and build a career with a company that values operational excellence. You will earn a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $150,000 while working in a hands on, in person environment where your leadership, technical judgment, and commitment to quality make a visible difference every day.

What You Will Do:

• Lead daily field operations for construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site activities to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and project documents to ensure installations and fabrication work meet scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as the on site construction leader who anticipates challenges, resolves field issues, and communicates clear priorities to project stakeholders.
• Drive jobsite safety by supporting OSHA compliant practices, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture where every team member goes home safely.
• Monitor workmanship, quality control, productivity, and schedule performance while helping manage procurement, estimating needs, and resource distribution.
• Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, general repair, and coordination involving mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems as applicable to the project.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring proven construction management experience leading active jobsites and coordinating multiple trades, crews, or subcontractors.
• You can confidently read and apply blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to guide accurate field execution.
• You have strong safety leadership and a working knowledge of OSHA standards, inspections, and jobsite compliance requirements.
• You communicate effectively with field teams, project managers, vendors, and clients while maintaining accountability for results.
• You have the organization and decision making ability to manage schedules, quality standards, changing priorities, and field problem solving.

Preferred Technical Strengths:

• Experience with electrical, HVAC, fabrication, installation, preventive maintenance, engineering coordination, or distribution systems will help you excel in this role.
• Background in estimating, procurement, quality control, and construction inspections is valued for candidates who enjoy managing work from planning through completion.
• OSHA certification and the ability to meet job related drug testing requirements are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
