Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. You will act as the primary on-site leader from project start to completion and collaborate with project teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes enforcing OSHA standards, reading plans, and managing field personnel while maintaining budget and communication with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and job-site personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labor, and materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain site safety documentation.
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Conduct daily/weekly site inspections to ensure quality.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
