The role requires directing field crews, maintaining daily field presence, and resolving field issues. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in supervising construction.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contractual responsibilities.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and safety compliance (e.g., OSHA 30hour).
• Willingness to travel 100% by air and ground.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality execution.
• Direct field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet milestones and standards.
• Maintain daily field presence to verify progress, safety, and workmanship.
• Coordinate daily huddles and ensure alignment across field teams.
• Champion proactive safety culture and enforce standards.
• Monitor productivity, identify schedule risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead weekly Foreman’s Meetings and communicate field updates.
• Support procurement planning and site readiness.
