Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our Phoenix project team. You will coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, manage schedules, daily reports, QA/QC, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead (scheduling, daily reporting, QA/QC, adherence to drawings and specs).
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Track project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Capture progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.
• May support Project Construction Manager and engage key trades/subcontractors as needed.
• Process contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager; maintain clear communication with management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per company standards and follow Quality Policy and procedures.

Education
