Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, producing daily and quality inspection reports, and supporting monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate for site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official records.
• Take progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.

Education
