Job summary

The role reports to the Senior Cost Analyst and requires collaboration with Project Engineers and Managers on site. A strong finance background and MS Excel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial system applications and advanced MS Excel.
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and audit forecasts to validate forecasted costs.
• Audit budgets and confirm costs align with project contracts and ledger postings.
• Produce cost reports such as BARs and CABs with interpretive analysis.
• Review project budgets, forecasts, and cash position; participate in ORMs.
• Act as a bridge between Accounting and field staff; support project management.
• Train and develop new Costs Analysts and project staff.
