Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.

• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and audit forecasts for project costs.
• Audit budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with project accounting to post costs to ledgers.
• Support project managers and senior analysts in cost control and reporting.
• Visit jobsites to review progress and verify data.
• Train and mentor new Costs Analysts and staff.
