Job summary

Holland Partner Group is seeking a Site Coordinator in our Northern California Regional Office in Oakland. This full-time, on-site role supports project construction, coordinating field activities, procurement, and documentation to ensure quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and at least one year of construction/logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field preferred.
• One year of construction-related or materials management experience required; related coursework or internship considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and planning to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective construction.
• Study contract drawings, shop drawings, specs and QA programs for compliance with design criteria.
• Maintain field records: daily/weekly reports and safety reports.
• Coordinate deliveries and staging area logistics with subcontractors.
• Support scheduling of crews and subcontractors to sequence activities.
• Assist with punch lists and ensure corrective actions.
• Support safety programs and site inspections to meet OSHA requirements.
