Job summary

Holland Partner Group in California is seeking a Project Superintendent II to supervise multiple trade activities on a construction project. You will plan and organize work to finish on schedule and within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires eight years of construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with tools like Procore and Bluebeam. On-site work with full-time hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight years’ construction related experience with supervision of teams and projects.
• Ability to study drawings, specs and QA programs to ensure quality and schedule.
• Strong communication and leadership for field staff and trades.
• Proficiency in office and project software tools used on site.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of Project Superintendent responsibilities and lead multiple trade activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Review drawings and shop drawings to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Schedule crews and subcontractors, monitor progress, and adjust workflows.
• Ensure inspections, QA/QC lists, and safety programs are properly executed.
• Maintain field records, submittals, and daily/weekly reports for project tracking.
• Foster professional relationships with project team and neighbors; represent company professionally.
