Qualifications

• 8 years’ supervisory experience in large residential or commercial construction projects.
• Experience as a Holland Project Superintendent may be considered.
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications and OSHA 30-hour safety course required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff and ensure safe construction practices.
• Manage project scheduling and site logistics.
• Collaborate on constructability, cost, and material selections.
