Qualifications

Experience supporting field construction operations, including scheduling, site coordination, and subcontractor oversight.
Reading and interpreting drawings and plans; familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Comfort with documenting site activities and reporting.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to keep projects on schedule.
Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and manage site logistics.
Communicate issues and progress to project managers and trades.
