Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial construction plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily site operations, including trade coordination, material tracking, and safety compliance
• Maintain proficiency in document control tools and processes, ensuring accurate reporting
• Track procurement items from submittal through delivery and site installation
• Read and interpret drawings and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Coordinate building access, delivery schedules, and site logistics
• Prepare and manage construction administration tasks such as submittal and RFI processes, meeting minutes, progress tracking, and safety paperwork
