Job summary

Related Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support scheduling and field coordination on active developments across the U.S. You will help maintain CPM schedules, manage field documentation and coordinate subcontractors under the Project Manager and Superintendent guidance.

The role requires about 5+ years in construction, GC experience preferred, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Projects. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Assistant PM level with ~5+ years in construction.
• Experience on the General Contractor side preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam and reading plans.
• Experience with Procore, MS Projects and CAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update a current CPM schedule at the jobsite.
• Maintain orderly documentation of all field purchases.
• Coordinate subcontractors' work schedules.
• Schedule equipment and materials for the project.
• Ensure timeliness of all submittals and shop drawings.
• Submit accurate, timely reports and forms.
• Update the master drawing set as needed.
• Analyze construction documents and forecast field issues.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Write RFIs as directed by site leadership.
• Participate in all on-site meetings.
