Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Site Supervisor - Civil Works to lead on-site execution for US locations. You will own daily construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings and standards, and drive safe, compliant deliverables with quality workmanship.

You will manage contractor crews, translate plans into daily work, and coordinate with engineering and quality teams to record progress and maintain documentation. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a proven track record on EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Hands-on and execution-driven with strong capability in site supervision and quality control.
• Knowledgeable in reading, explaining, and enforcing construction drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and instruct contractor crews daily on scope, methods, sequencing, and quality.
• Translate approved drawings and look-ahead schedules into daily work plans.
• Ensure understanding of drawings, tolerances, materials, and interface requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, formwork, embeds, and work fronts for readiness.
• Monitor civil works and correct deviations in real time.
• Perform active quality control to prevent defects and rework.
• Maintain daily quality documentation and inspection records.
• Identify non-conformities and enforce corrective actions.
• Train contractors on construction methods and LINXON quality expectations.
• Enforce compliance with drawings, standards, and LINXON QMS.
• Stop work if quality or safety is not met and coordinate with HSE.
• Coordinate with Management, Engineering, and Quality for status updates.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
