Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate on-site construction under the Project Superintendent. You will manage schedules, supervise subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain documentation.

You will work with the project team to meet design, budget, and timeline goals while maintaining quality and site safety. A minimum of 2 years in multi-family construction is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in multi-family construction management.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints and construction techniques.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production, maintain field notes, punch lists, and documentation.
• Supervise assigned construction activities and coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Enforce safety standards, inspect site, and report hazards; manage quality control.
