Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities under the Project Superintendent. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials, while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on multifamily projects.

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience, blueprints proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role requires strong communication and organizational skills to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school; diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Knowledge of construction principles and techniques; ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Assist in updating schedules and inspections, RFIs, and submittals.
• Supervise on-site construction activities ensuring quality and safety.
• Enforce OSHA safety practices and report accidents immediately.
• Write and complete punch lists and verify 100% completion.
