• Provide direct support to the Construction Manager in project administration and coordination.
• Monitor project schedule and budget; track changes and implications.
• Process RFIs, submittals and monthly pay estimates; maintain records.
• Generate correspondence and meeting documents; prepare diaries and minutes.
• Ensure conformance with safety, labor and wage requirements; maintain as-built drawings.
