Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience in construction or project administration.
• Strong organizational and document control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Construction Manager in project administration, change management, document control and expediting.
• Monitor project schedule and budget; review submittals and RFIs; prepare diaries/reports and cost/status summaries.
• Assist in claims mitigation, risk assessment and dispute resolution; maintain as-built drawings and conformed documents.
