Renovation Brands, LLC. is seeking an Installer in Wharton, NJ to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds on high-end residential and commercial properties. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and willingness to train; traveling to job sites is expected.

The position is full-time, on-site with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, with occasional overtime to meet installation timelines. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 100+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Prior experience with concrete installations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 100+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to high-end residential and commercial job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplaces, and other products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing on-site for a precise fit.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials, regularly 100+ pounds, as part of daily work.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and adjustments on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site by removing debris after installations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and driving regulations while operating company vehicles.
