Renovation Brands' Trueform & Blendhouse Concrete division in Wharton, NJ is hiring a General Laborer. The role involves manufacturing concrete products, casting, processing, polishing and finishing, plus cleaning duties. Forklift experience is a plus.

Location options include Wharton or Randolph, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential part‑time or weekend hours. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, and candidates should be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Physically fit and able to push/pull/lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Concrete Products: sinks, tables, countertops and more.
• Casting, processing, polishing, and finishing concrete products.
• Cleaning the facility and all equipment.
• Performing other duties as required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
