Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking an Installation Assistant to join the Trueform Concrete brand. You will help install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and more at high-end residential and commercial properties, working on-site in the tristate area.

The role emphasizes physical labor, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided for the right candidate, and candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable performing physical labor on job sites.
• Must be able to travel to multiple job sites in tristate area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to high-end residential and commercial job sites to install concrete countertops and related products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, and finishing installations on-site.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials as part of daily installation work.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and communicate professionally with clients on-site.
