Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking an Installation Assistant for its Trueform Concrete brand in Wharton, NJ. This hands-on role involves traveling to job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and related products at high-end properties. Training is provided for candidates with no experience.

Expect a 40-hour work week from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed to meet installation schedules. Must be able to lift 100+ pounds and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Basic hand tool experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Prior experience installing concrete countertops, tables, sinks, or fireplace surrounds is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed to meet on-site installation schedules (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team to accomplish tasks.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on-site at high-end residential and commercial properties.
• Candidates must be over 18 years old to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and related products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing countertops on-site.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials, often 100+ pounds.
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations and on-site adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site by removing debris and packaging materials after each installation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and driving regulations while operating company vehicles to and from job sites.
