Job summary

Trueform Concrete, part of Renovation Brands, is seeking an Installer to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds at high-end residential and commercial sites. Training is available for the right candidate, and travel to job sites is required.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with standard hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and overtime as needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 100+ pounds are required, with on-site work in the tristate area.

Qualifications

• No experience required — willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing installations on-site.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials (100+ pounds).
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and adjustments.
• Keep the job site clean and organized after installations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and teammates.
• Follow safety protocols and drive safely to sites.
