Renovation Brands is seeking an Installer to join Trueform Concrete. The role involves installing concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds on-site at high-end properties. Training is provided; prior experience is a plus but not required.

A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and the job entails heavy lifting and occasional after-hours work to meet schedules. Based in Wharton, NJ with travel across the tristate area, the position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)

Qualifications

• No experience required—we will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and related products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing installations on-site.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials (100+ pounds) as part of daily work.
• Use basic hand and power tools for installations and adjustments.
• Keep the job site clean and organized after each installation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site.
