Job summary

Trueform Concrete @ Renovation Brands is seeking an Installer to join our on-site installation team. You will install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplace surrounds, and other products at high-end residential and commercial properties across the tristate area.

The position requires physical labor, reliable attendance, and willingness to train. No experience is required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory, and you must be able to lift 100+ pounds and work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to regularly lift 100+ pounds.
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours to meet schedules.
• On-site installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to high-end residential and commercial job sites to install concrete products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing countertops on-site.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials (100+ pounds).
• Use basic hand and power tools for installations and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and communicate with clients and team.
