Renovation Brands seeks an Installation Assistant to support on-site installation of concrete countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds at high-end residential and commercial properties. The role is hands-on, physically demanding, and may require work outside standard hours with travel to tristate job sites.

No experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate; prior experience with hand tools is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience installing concrete countertops/tables/sinks/fireplace surrounds is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours to meet on-site schedules.
• Candidate must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplace surrounds, and other products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing on-site for a precise fit.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials, frequently 100+ pounds.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and adjustments on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and remove debris after installations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members on site.
