Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking an Installer for Trueform Concrete to install countertops, tables, sinks, and fireplace surrounds at high-end residential and commercial sites. The role involves physical labor, on-site travel, and training if needed, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

The position offers full-time hours (40/wk) with typical 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM shifts, and overtime as required. Based in Wharton, NJ, you’ll travel to job sites across the tristate area and earn $18.00–$20.00

Qualifications

• Basic hand tool experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train
• Prior experience installing concrete countertops, tables, sinks, or fireplace surrounds is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed to meet on-site installation schedules
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on-site at high-end residential and commercial properties
• Candidates must be over 18 years old to be considered

Responsibilities

• Travel to high-end residential and commercial job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplace surrounds, and other concrete products.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing countertops on-site to ensure a precise, professional fit.
• Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials, regularly 100+ pounds, as part of daily installation work.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and on-site adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site by removing debris and packaging materials after each installation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members while on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations while operating company vehicles to and from job sites, and work as a team to accomplish whatever task is necessary.
