MMS Group is seeking an experienced Part-time Concierge for our 88-unit residential property in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will bring hospitality and security experience and a strong professional presence with residents and guests.

Responsibilities include access control, monitoring security camera feeds, screening visitors, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while collaborating with the resident manager. Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as concierge in residential buildings preferred.
• Proven ability to screen visitors and manage access.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain professional presence and engage with residents and guests.
• Control access and security of the building, monitoring cameras and entrances.
• Identify and escalate security or maintenance issues to the resident manager.
• Screen visitors and greet residents and guests professionally.

We are currently seeking an experiencedPart-timeConcierge for our 88-unit residential property located inNew York, NY. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in hospitality and security standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must maintain a strong professional presence and be well-spoken and articulate in their interactions with residents and their guests
• Primary responsibility for maintaining proper access and security of the building for residents, employees, and guests including monitoring of security camera feeds and in-person entranceways into the premises
• Strong observational and diagnostic skills to proactively recognize and escalte possible security or other building issues in a timely manner to the resident manager
• Properly screen all visitors to the building

Qualifications for the position:

• Prior experience as a concierge in residential buildings preferred
• Prior direct experience and proven track record in a similar role preferred
• Team player able to work well with others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exemplary work ethic and attention to detail
• Fluency (written and verbal) in Mandarin/Chinese
