Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for our on-site team in Columbus, OH. You will manage the apartment community, partner with leaders, supervise maintenance and office staff, and drive resident satisfaction while meeting budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager. Bachelor’s degree preferred; weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of an apartment community.
• Partner with leaders to ensure team success in daily operations.
• Oversee maintenance and office teams; train staff on customer service and sales.
• Hire qualified candidates and manage schedules and budgets.
• Address resident concerns promptly and maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupancy rules and inspect vacant apartments.
