Ardent Communities in Central Ohio is seeking a Property Manager to lead an on-site team and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. This full-time role emphasizes people-first leadership and operational excellence, with support from a growing company.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, rent collections, and compliance, while building relationships with residents and coordinating with regional leadership to hit goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property management experience (1 year required).
• Management experience (1 year required).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of your community, including leasing and maintenance team.
• Build strong relationships with current and future residents.
• Market and advertise vacancies to keep your community thriving.
• Manage budget, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination.
• Handle resident concerns, evictions, and regulatory compliance.
• Scheduling unit turns and walking units for completion.
• Partner with your Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals.
• Build relationships that help expand business opportunities.
