Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community. You will supervise personnel across leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will drive leasing strategies, resident relations, and financial performance, while coordinating with the Regional Manager. Strong communication, planning, and staff development are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing plans; ensure effective lease closures.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Train and supervise on-site staff; ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
