Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to protect our community's assets and residents. You will lead maintenance teams, manage work orders, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduling, OSHA/EPA awareness, on-site work five days a week, and a commitment to service with a smile as you liaise with residents, vendors, and the Community Manager.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
On-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
Three+ years of property maintenance experience.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team members through hiring, training, and supervision.
Oversee maintenance, ensure buildings and grounds meet standards.
Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; maintain records of preventive maintenance.
Track and assign service requests and preventive maintenance; coordinate with vendors.
Interface with residents, vendors, and team members with a professional image.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
