Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a Part-time on-site Community Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will direct community operations, optimize ROI for owners, and foster a high-quality living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, resident relations, and using property management software (Yardi preferred). On-site living required with weekend variation; eligible to work in the US and willing to undergo screening.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual to English/Spanish
• Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Background/Physical/Drug screening will be conducted

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the apartment community to meet Anza Management Company's goals
• Optimize return on investment for owners
• Provide a quality living environment for residents
• Promote positive working relationships with employees
• Travel to different property locations as needed
