Anza Management is seeking a Part-time onsite Community Manager to oversee operations for an apartment community. The role focuses on maximizing ROI for owners, delivering a quality living environment for residents, and fostering positive relationships among staff and residents.

Requirements include living on-site, 28 hours weekly, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, valid California driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Background/Physical/Drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Manage all financial-related tasks—expenditure control, income maximization, collections, budgeting.
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Travel to different property locations as needed.
