Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for California properties. You will direct property operations, optimize ROI for owners, and foster positive relationships with residents and staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience managing a 100+ unit community, strong leasing/marketing skills, proficiency with Yardi (preferred) and MS Office, and the ability to work varying hours and live on site in Palmdale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Community Manager experience for 100+ unit property.
• Must live onsite at assigned property.
• Experience with leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle budgeting, expenditures and collections.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the apartment community and manage leasing.
• Maintain resident relations, marketing, and customer service standards.
• Oversee financial issues including budgeting, expenditures and income maximization.
• Coordinate across staff and management; travel between locations as needed.
