Job summary

Havenpark Communities, a growing operator of 100+ manufactured home communities, seeks a Colorado-based Community Manager to run the full operation of a 134-home community. You’ll own the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of resident families with real decision-making authority.

You’ll lead a small on-site team, ensure curb appeal and safety, and partner with residents and contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or operating a small business preferred.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage community financial performance: budget, expenses, NOI.
• Oversee collections and ensure lawful, respectful conversations.
• Drive occupancy and leasing, renewals, and resident approvals for home sales (FSBO).
• Lead a small on-site team through busy and slow seasons.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships for landscaping, maintenance, and rehabs.
• Ensure curb appeal, safety standards, and capital projects are delivered on time and budget.
• Build resident relationships and address issues with urgency and care.
