Job summary

Investment Property Group in Loveland, CO is seeking a diligent Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Alpine Vista Village (123 homes). You will manage staff, finances, compliance, and resident relations to meet budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include enforcing lease agreements, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining occupancy while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the manufactured housing community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage residents.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Oversee the operational integrity of a manufactured housing community and support staff to ensure the company meets financial performance and compliance.
• Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to ensure employees feel valued and empowered.
• Oversee the application process for new move-ins.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site teams, residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, preparation, and submittal of reports to partner agencies.
