Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Alpine Ridge in Mount Vernon, WA. The role oversees day-to-day property operations, staff supervision and leasing activities to meet ownership goals.

The ideal candidate has multi-family management experience, strong customer service, and a solid grasp of Fair Housing and tenant laws in Washington. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws (WA).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math skills and understanding of property budgets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate property operations to meet ownership goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws (Fair Housing, LTL, OSHA).
• Assist in operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage receivables.
• Oversee leasing, tenant requirements and reporting obligations.
• Supervise site staff and vendors, hire/fire as needed.
• Lead site staff meetings and safety meetings; document minutes.
