Carlo Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager for our 65-unit Lake Balboa community in Los Angeles. This full-time onsite role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations to enhance resident satisfaction.

You should have at least 1 year in apartment management, strong sales skills, and a solid credit history. Housing is provided on-site in a 1-bedroom townhouse; hours are 9 am–6 pm, 40 hours per week, with a lease bonus program and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment management experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills.
• Excellent credit history required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Craigslist preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Professional communication with residents and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Leasing and sales: show apartments, conduct open houses, assist with leases and rent collection.
• Resident relations: deliver high-quality resident experience and handle requests/renewals.
• Property management: coordinate move-ins/outs, work with vendors and maintenance, ensure common area upkeep.
• Operational support: enforce policies, schedule turnovers for vacant units.
• Communication: maintain clear, courteous communication with residents, vendors, and team.
