Job summary

Carlo Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager for a 24-unit Tarzana apartment community. You will support daily operations, drive leasing activity, and enhance resident satisfaction within our properties.

The role requires weekend availability, on-site work, and a strong customer-service mindset. Housing is provided on-site, with a bonus program and ongoing training to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing and closing deals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Understanding of CA Fair Housing Laws preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and sales: show apartments, conduct open houses, draft leases, manage rent collection.
• Resident relations: address requests, resolve issues, manage notices and renewals.
• Property management: coordinate move-ins/outs, work with vendors and maintenance.
• Operational support: enforce policies and schedule turnovers for vacancies.
• Communication: maintain clear communication with residents, vendors, and team.
