Carlo Inc. is seeking a proactive Community Manager for our 24-unit Tarzana community. You will support daily operations, drive leasing activity, and elevate resident experience while maintaining a responsive, professional presence.

The role is part-time (24 hours/week), on-site with weekend availability, offering an hourly rate of $18.42, on-site housing, a lease bonus program, and opportunities for training and career growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of sales/leasing experience.
• Excellent credit history required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Yardi and Craigslist is preferred.
• Understanding of CA Fair Housing Laws is preferred but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Leasing and Sales: Show apartments, conduct open houses, assist with lease agreements, manage rent collection.
• Resident Relations: Deliver outstanding resident experience and address requests.
• Property Management: Coordinate move-ins/outs, work with vendors and maintenance staff.
• Operational Support: Assist daily operations, enforce policies, schedule turnovers for vacant units.
