Carlo Inc. is seeking a part-time Resident Manager to live on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA, managing leasing activities, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations for a 26-unit community.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales/leasing, strong closing skills, and an excellent credit history, with on-site housing provided and a structured bonus plan based on leases. Workload averages 25.5 hours weekly, six days, with a 9am–6pm window.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales/leasing.
• Excellent credit history required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and sales: show apartments, host open houses, draft leases, collect rent.
• Resident relations: address requests, resolve issues, manage notices/renewals.
• Property management: coordinate move-ins/outs, liaise with vendors/maintenance, keep common areas clean.</n>
